The mission is simple. Take care of the family in front of me like they’re the only client I have. I answer the phone. I show up early. I tell you what I’d do if it were my wife, my brother, my parents. When the deal gets hard, I get more committed, not less. That’s the standard I learned in the Marines, and it’s the one I refuse to lower now that I wear a suit instead of cammies.

I served in the United States Marine Corps from 2013 to 2023. A full decade. I’ve PCS’d. I bought my home with a VA loan while I was still on active duty. I know the BAH math, the timeline pressure, the orders that drop on a Tuesday and flip your life by Friday. Marine for life. Realtor by calling, because nobody should walk into the biggest purchase of their life without somebody in their corner who’s actually been there.

Can you help if I am PCSing from out of state?
Absolutely, and many of my clients do exactly that. I run remote tours, handle documents digitally, and coordinate the timeline around your report date so you can close before or right as you arrive. The process is built for orders that move fast.

Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Escondido, Fallbrook and San Marcos, plus Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar and the rest of North County San Diego. I also work across San Diego County, including the City of San Diego, and I’ve closed deals as far as Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Twentynine Palms.
